Help Lines Near Gold Eagle Casino

Gambling help in Saskatchewan is a single free phone call away, day or night. The lower half of this page describes how the Figures desk checks the numbers in this guide.

Where to get help

  • Families and people with gambling problems can call 1-800-306-6789, the Saskatchewan Problem Gambling Helpline, to reach trained counsellors. A call costs nothing and is kept confidential, and the line works 24 hours a day.
  • Anyone wanting SIGA Voluntary Self-Exclusion can ask for it in person at any of the SIGA casinos, or book a time at the Central Office of SIGA, 103 Aspen Place, Saskatoon. Self-exclusion means asking to be banned: it lasts from 6 months to 5 years and covers all 9 casinos in Saskatchewan.
  • Game Break is SaskGaming's self-exclusion program, for 6 months to 5 years. PlayNow.com is included along with every casino in the province, and an exclusion already in effect can never be cut short.

Setting a limit

Before going, set a limit on time and on money for the evening, and consider that money already spent. Leaving bank and credit cards at home makes the cash limit easier to keep. A watch or phone alarm helps with the time limit, and short breaks away from the floor give a chance to check both. Gambling is entertainment with a cost, not a way to earn money. Saskatchewan sets 19 as the legal age to gamble, and a person under 19 cannot receive winnings at SIGA casinos.

About the Figures desk

Every page here is written by the Figures desk and signed with that collective name. The desk is a group name, not one person. Personal bylines appear nowhere, and the site names no author.

Facts were checked on October 1, 2026. The sources were Gold Eagle Casino's own pages, SIGA, Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan (LGS), the Government of Saskatchewan and OpenStreetMap. When a figure is not published, the guide shows it as "?" or "not published" instead of guessing. Roads run longer than the distances given, which are measured in straight lines from one map point to another.

Accounts, comments and forms do not exist anywhere on this site. The colour theme is kept only in the browser tab, and no cookies are set. A visit counter still records which page was read, and the statistics service also sees the reader's IP address and browser.

Pictures on this site are black and white, and none of them is a photograph. Image-generation software invented the river valley, highway and parking lot scenes from a written description; they show no real place. The casino entrance, the slot floor and the plate of food are different. The same software made them from real photographs of Gold Eagle Casino and its food, with a new viewpoint and light. They look like photographs, but they are generated images.
